Born in France to entrepreneurial parents, I’ve been living in Vancouver, Canada since 1993. I’m a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation and I work fluently in both French and English.

My path didn’t start in coaching. I built and ran a web design business for 17 years, which gave me a front-row seat to what it actually takes to grow a business—not just in theory, but in execution. In 2016, I transitioned into business coaching, bringing that real-world experience with me.

Since then, I’ve coached over 650 entrepreneurs through one-on-one sessions and group workshops. But more importantly, I’ve helped them move from overthinking to action—because ideas don’t grow a business, execution does.

Today, my work extends beyond traditional coaching.

I created the Business Power Breakfast, a space where entrepreneurs connect, challenge their thinking, and start their day with clarity and momentum.

I lead an accountability group for business owners through the Vancouver chapter of The Sound of C, an organization based in Toronto. This is for those who are serious about execution—because clarity is powerful, but consistency is what gets results.

I also built DESIDEES, a platform designed for coaches, trainers, and facilitators who want to create engaging, high-impact sessions. It’s a natural extension of my work: helping not only entrepreneurs grow their businesses, but also helping professionals deliver better experiences to their own audiences.

My approach is grounded in curiosity, analytical thinking, integrity, autonomy, and leadership. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all strategies. I work with you to build a structure that fits your reality—and then help you stick to it.
